Starr Plumbing Services differs from your everyday plumber as we form part of The Starr Construction Group, meaning we are not only licenced plumbers, but we also hold an unrestricted builder's licence. This allows us to directly employ all required trades from carpenters to tilers to electricians and everything in between.

This also allows Starr Plumbing Services to offer you a fully managed service where we oversee the design, planning, manufacture and installation of your entire bathroom project to your complete satisfaction.

With over 25 years’ experience we have developed our bathroom renovation process into a seamless series of events designed to give our clients maximum satisfaction, with minimum disruption to your home and family.

We find everybody’s starting place different when starting out on the renovation process, some clients know exactly the layout and finishes they want, while others are looking for more guidance for their new bathroom.

Our starting point for all clients, is a personal on-site meeting at your convenience with the owner of our firm. This will allow you to meet us in your own home, understand our practices and ask any questions you may have about the renovation process. We will accurately measure the space and inspect the existing structure and services* within the intended work areas.

From this initial meeting, our professional team will assist you with the design and ensure we meet all your requirements. Whether it be helping you to decide on the design and layout, finishes and furnishings, advising you on good practice building techniques or giving qualified advice, along with hands on knowledge and information on proven solutions. We are always happy to listen to your ideas and offer professional guidance to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Once you are happy with your layout and finishes to your new bathroom, we will prepare an itemised quotation for your review. This quotation will be broken down to each stage of the process, clearly outlining the works included and allowing you to stay informed of your financial outlay.

From this point, once your approval is received, we will contact you to discuss a start date that suits you and the timelines involved with your project. Once works onsite commence, we will direct and supervise all the labour, tradespeople and material deliveries ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, Government Legislation and most importantly your complete satisfaction.

Once works are completed, we will again schedule an on-site meeting for final handover and supply of our warranty documentation.
